Based on the Belgian comic book characters Suske en Wiske (Luke and Lucy) that have sold over 200 million copies around the world, this CGI animated film follows the adventures of sibling duo Luke and Lucy. When the pair discovers the masked villain Jim Parasite’s diabolical plans to kidnap and shrink all the Texas Rangers so that he can accomplish his ultimate dream of ruling the world, they saddle up their horses and ride off to Texas to restore order in Dark City.
