Following the success of last year's inaugural Oscar® Party and fundraiser, the Calgary International Film Festival is once again hosting a broadcast of the 89th Academy Awards which take place on Sunday, February 26.

Join the Calgary International Film Festival at Flames Central to celebrate Hollywood’s Best, while raising funds to support the festival. 

Movie fans will come together to celebrate the most successful films of the year – many of which had their Calgary premiere at the 17th Calgary International Film Festival. 

Tickets range from $100 (VIP experience including prime seating and a swag bag) to $60 (general seating). Proceeds from this event will help raise funds for the Calgary International Film Festival, including our ability to showcase and celebrate Alberta's world-renowned local film & television industry.

The event will include live entertainment, food and drink, a silent auction, raffle, door prizes, an Oscar® ballot, and, of course, a live screening of the 89th Academy Awards. 

Tickets are now available for purchase. 

This event is approved by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences.
