Akira Kageyama (Hayato Ichihara) is unpopular among his fellow yakuza underlings for his fear of pain, but he is fiercely loyal to their boss, the legendary Genyo Kamiura (Lily Franky).

In the ruthless underground world of the yakuza crime organization, no one is more feared than boss Kamiura. Seemingly invincible and ageless, the truth is he is secretly a vampire. Ultimately, assassins come for Kamiura and he is killed, with Kageyama becoming a vampire who must avenge his boss’s death while gaining the respect of the underworld.
