Two-time Academy Award nominee® Ethan Hawke plays Ed, a researcher in the year 2017, a year where the world is engulfed by an unknown plague that has transformed the population into vampires. As the human population nears extinction, the vampires must capture and farm every remaining human to survive, or find a blood substitute before time runs out. But Ed, along with a covert group of vampires, makes a remarkable discovery – one which has the power to save the human race.
Brothers Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig (UNDEAD) direct an all star cast, including Hawke, Sam Neill, and Willem Dafoe, in this much anticipated take on the classic vampire flick.
